We are living in uncharted and extraordinary times. Therefore, we must become extraordinary.

Given the current situation surrounding COVID-19, the Sashbear Foundation will nonetheless continue to champion mental health support. Now, more than ever, families struggling in quarantine across Canada need help.

We have not cancelled The Sashbear Walk. We’re going full-STREAM ahead instead.

You are invited to participate in The Sashbear Web Walk. A virtual workout and online presentation inspired to unite us all together when community matters most.

Join us for an interactive, entertaining, and mindful digital experience on May 24, 2020.

We will provide you with an easily accessible link to the event closer to the date of the event via newsletter, word of mouth and social media.

Prior to the Web Walk, we challenge you to get active and share your movements with the hashtag #SashbearWebWalk2020. Dance in your kitchen, play with your dogs, sing with your kids, go for a jog. Get creative. And wear orange! Even apart, we can move as one.

Funds raised will go to Sashbear initiatives such as free Family Connections™ Program across Canada. With your help, families will continue to get the resources they need to care for their loved ones with emotion dysregulation.

You can play your part in lifting up others in this difficult time. Please consider a donation to the Sashbear Foundation and/or by having your own physical activity sponsored by clicking the link below.

We are thrilled to be moving forward with our 8th annual Walk.

We’ll see you soon.
